dicas low-delay "Correspondent Mode" well received at IBC 2007

As an industry first, dicas has developed the so called "Correspondent Mode" for its hardware and software solutions. It was first featured during IBC 2007 and attracted strong interest from both existing and new customers with the first deployments being undertaken in Q4 2007. This special technology enables users to achieve an extremely low latency (< 400ms end-to-end) despite small bandwidth. The dicas "Correspondent Mode" is available both for dicas' software solutions (mpegable DS suite) and hardware equipment such as the dicas 2010. This technology is of particular interest for journalists who have to act fast and effectively, but often do not have suitable bandwidth availability.
